Shipping and delivery
Shipping of artificial grass or vertical panels with national or international deliveries. Here we explain how artificial grass shipping and delivery works.
How we supply grass and plant decoration: real lead times, who unloads and what the price includes.
The two lines travel differently: the grass in rolls and the panels in boxes. Each has its own lead time and its own way of being unloaded, and it is worth knowing before you order.
Artificial grass delivery to mainland Spain
It is supplied cut to the size of the project, not by closed rolls. The usual lead time is 10 to 15 working days from confirmation of the order and the final measurements.
The price per square metre includes transport and customs clearance , with a minimum order of 90 m².
The roll arrives on a heavy goods lorry: an accessible unloading point is needed.
If the street cannot take an articulated lorry, tell us when you order so we can arrange a smaller vehicle.
At Mundo Sport Global we handle shipping and delivery of artificial grass, vertical panels and decorative solutions for customers in different countries.
The place each order ships from may vary depending on the product, stock availability and the delivery destination.
Artificial grass shipping and delivery
Where stock allows, certain products may ship from Spain, while other orders may come directly from our supply centres in Asia.
This lets us offer different products and solutions to international customers, adapting the logistics to each order
. Before buying, we recommend checking the shipping conditions, the estimated lead times and the availability of the product you have chosen.
Delivery time may vary depending on the origin of the order, the destination, international transport, customs conditions and other logistical factors.
At Mundo Sport Global we work to offer transparent shipping and to deliver artificial grass and vertical panels in line with the features of each order.
Plant decoration
The 50 × 50 cm panels and the hedges travel in boxes by courier. The lead time depends on whether the item is in the warehouse or comes in the next container: we confirm it in writing with every quote. Plant decoration is sold by project, not by single unit.
Lead times for artificial grass delivery to mainland Spain
Lead times are in working days and start once the measurements and the payment are settled. We are not liable for delays outside our supply chain — courier incidents, weather or customs inspection — but we let you know as soon as we hear and we follow it through to delivery.
Check the material as it is unloaded. If the packaging arrives damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery note before signing: that is what allows a claim. With the photo and the annotated delivery note we sort it out with the courier ourselves.
Outside mainland Spain
The Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and similar destinations are quoted separately, because the freight and the paperwork change. Write to us with the address and the quantity and we will give you a fixed cost before you confirm anything.
Questions about a delivery?
Tell us the address, the quantity and whether there is lorry access. We will confirm the lead time and how it will be unloaded before you order.
Artificial grass delivery to mainland Spain in short
Artificial grass delivery to mainland Spain is included in the price per square metre: no carriage appears at the end of the order. The roll leaves already cut to your size and is delivered to the site address you give us.
Outside the mainland — the Balearics, the Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla — is quoted separately, because the transport and the paperwork change completely. Write to us with the address and we will give you the cost before you confirm anything.
International artificial grass shipping
For international artificial grass shipping, the delivery time depends on the product, the stock available, the destination country and where the order ships from.
Products available in Spain may have a different lead time from products shipped from Asia, roughly 15 to 30 working days.
